RETURN POLICY

We hope you LOVE your purchase.  Please look over your order as soon as you get in your hands…..If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to make it right.  

 

Our return policy is STORE CREDIT ONLY which does not expire.

 

Items are eligible for return if:

  • All items are un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached.  
  • Items are received within 10 days from the original purchase date.
  • All items must be returned free of smoke odor, make-up, deodorant, perfume or other stains.

 

 ***FINAL SALE items consist of SALE ITEMS, JEWELRY & GIFT ITEMS are NOT eligible for return***  Original shipping fees are not refunded & you are responsible for return shipping fees, NO EXCEPTIONS.

PROMO CODES of any kind MUST be applied at checkout.  We will not go back and apply for you.

If your return does not meet the above criteria, do NOT attempt to return it.  It will be shipped back to you and is subject to additional shipping costs.

If you received incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact us.  All claims must be made within 7 days of your purchase date.

 

To return an item:  Package up the item, enclose a copy of the original receipt and mail to:

Also, we suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number.  We are not responsible for items that are lost while in transit to us.

Once we receive your item(s) back they will be processed in 1-3 business days.  At which time, you will be issued STORE CREDIT for the price of the item and any applicable taxes.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES:

Due to items being sold quickly, we will not be able to do an exchange at this time.  You will be given a STORE CREDIT to repurchase another item or if your original item is available.
